Welcome to this second issue of NELTA CHOUTARI forum. As a continuation of our attempt to stay connected with our friends, we have drawn some useful resources from published works that are useful for the English teachers in Nepal. Closely connected to the first issue on critical pedagogy, this issue focuses on student agency over classroom English, and at the same time informs the readers of an approach to alternative curriculum for students with learning disabilities.
